Using upbeat music, this ballet barre class uses basic dance movements and positions to increase your balance and body strength. Those who take Power Barre, also like Ballet Boot Camp, 80s Dance Fit and Flexibility.
All levels classes. No experience needed.
At City Dance Corps, we offer Drop In classes in all dance styles. From Absolute Beginners to Advanced levels, drop in classes are a flexible option for students who have unpredictable schedules. You don't need to pre register, call ahead, or pre pay for these classes. Just show up dance.
