Body Conditioning Class Schedule

The best body conditioning dance classes designed to tone, strengthen and lengthen!

Ballet Boot Camp: unique to City Dance Corps and is great for dancers of all levels.  A ballet workout with a twist!

Flexibility:  Partner assisted stretches to increase flexibility and mobility. 

Pilates for Dancers:  Mat class for all levels. Stott pilates method incorporating bands, weight balls and more to strengthen and tone the dancers body. 

Power Barre:  unique to City Dance Corps and is great for dancers of all levels.  A 1 hour ballet barre class with the focus on muscle toning.

If you are looking for an alternative the gym, these classes:
  • Incorporates ballet, pilates and yoga for a continuous fat burning workout
  • Focuses on core strength and resistance training to lengthen and strengthen your body
  • Reinforces technique and proper body alignment
  • Leaves your body feeling worked and stretched

12:00pm - 1:00pm  Flexibility Class (All levels)  Taught by Angel Wong


Drop in class RATES

  • $15.25 (1 hour drop in class)
  • $16.50 (1.5 hour drop-in class)
  • $70 (Card of 5 classes- good for all drop in classes)
  • $130 (Card of 10 classes- good for all drop in classes)
  • $152 (Unlimited Monthly drop in classes)
