Ballet Boot Camp: unique to City Dance Corps and is great for dancers of all levels. A ballet workout with a twist! Flexibility: Partner assisted stretches to increase flexibility and mobility.
Pilates for Dancers: Mat class for all levels. Stott pilates method incorporating bands, weight balls and more to strengthen and tone the dancers body. Power Barre: unique to City Dance Corps and is great for dancers of all levels. A 1 hour ballet barre class with the focus on muscle toning. If you are looking for an alternative the gym, these classes: Incorporates ballet, pilates and yoga for a continuous fat burning workout Focuses on core strength and resistance training to lengthen and strengthen your body Reinforces technique and proper body alignment Leaves your body feeling worked and stretched
